We recently posted the download link of Cymarshall Law’s new tribute mixtape to Pete Rock. As we just saw, the Berlin City folks of germanrhymes.de met up in a KICKZ Store with him a while ago for an exclusive interview.
Check out this trailer of a Soul Brother #1 and Cocoa Bs studio session, the making of “That’s Hard”. The track features Styles P and Sean Price plus the title says it all. The long play version “Monumental” by Pete Rock and Smif-N-Wessun is due out June 28th on Duck Down.
Pete Rock picked up his K1X fitted hat when he played a show out in Munich in March last year. Good to see that it got involved in his creative process.

Check out this video clip from BET’s show 106 and Park feat. Travis Porter. This 3 emcee group, blowing up, copped our LeDünk Crew last week from 424 on FAIRFAX and rocked it to the fullest. Good lookin out guys!
That is the title of a mixtape released in 2004 by our man Saigon, who recently shot a video to one of the tracks on there. “Color Purple” is the name and the track is still banging. Sai is rocking our “Authentic Baseball Jacket”.
To shorten the waiting time for something new of Jerseys own Cymarshall Law, we would like to show you his Best Kept Secret Freestyle right here.
UK and Aldo of Bad Newz MP Crew managed to defent their title at the Express Your Style dance battle, taking home the crown for the HipHop 2vs2 category. Congrats guys!

Check out Saigon in the snow – in a wifebeater. Of course “It’s cold”. Our “Legendary Trackjacket” keeps the Yardfather warm! Old collection, new track. By the way: “The Greatest Story Never Told” was finally released last month. Cop it! Shit’s crazy!
Michael Rapaport is definitely one of the coolest Hollywood cats of all. Maybe, because he’s not so Hollywood. The NY actor has played legendary roles (anyone remember “True Romance”?) and has always promoted basketball and hip hop off-screen. His current documentary film project focuses on one of the greatest hip hop bands ever: A Tribe Called Quest. “Beats, Rhymes & Life” recently premiered at the Tribecca Film Festival and will be launched to the general public later this year. So will a special edition ATCQ tribute t-shirt by K1X…
Check out the trailer:
Bobbito Garcia recently stopped over in Berlin and visited MADE, a unique creative space for artists and open minds in general. Here’s what he had to say about inspiration, freestyle and beards!
This new segment will feature selected highlights as well as memorable lowlights of ballplayers in the rap game. Shaquille O’Neal kicks things off with “(I know I got) Skillz”. What do you think?
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x67je0YEAH! It’s about that time everyone… time to hit the playground courts… time to put in some work… time to build a rep!
Check out the latest visual of Boston spitter REKS killing a beat by the Alchemist. Another one of the Party: D-Block representative Styles P.
“Why Cry” can be found on Reks’ latest long play-release “Rhythmatic Eternal King Supreme”. Cop that – definitely worth it!
Team Flight Brothers Justin Darlington and Kasper are currently shooting footage for CBS’ “Life of a Pro Dunker”. Here’s some exclusive footage feat. a crazy 540 by Kasper and a sick Double Up by Jus Fly. You don’t want to miss this…
