last week, we celebrated the launch of our much anticipated “world b. free” summer collection 2009 (click banner above for images), as well as the inaugural opening of the brand new showroom (loft) located on the first floor above the kickz.com store in berlin, mitte. the exclusive crowd featured professional ballplayers from alba berlin, streetballers, rappers and heads from the music and film industry (trooper, vanessa, kitty, wilson, steffen, hadnet … ) as well as influentials, oppinion leaders and a whole lotta it-girl-types. berlin’s dj-hero harris (spezializtz) provided the soundtrack (and made sure to let the neighbours know what time it is).

we’d like to thank everybody involved for making this event a night to remember. it was great to bring ballers, hiphop heads, fashion press, sneaker aficionados and opinion leaders together for a good time. big ups go out to finlandia vodka, red bull, aloha, carlsberg and carpe diem.
